Message notification added:
Email notification : If the email was sent successfully there is a success message but if an error ocurred then the page render an error message
TaxPayer creation : If the taxpayer was created succesfully the page shows a success message, if the form is invalid the page show a form invalid message and if another error ocurred the page shows an error message
User without company: When a supplier doesn't have a company the page shows him a special message and also the 'create-taxpayer' button doesn't appears'
