* Added EventSourceBuilder.

* Added new methods for events.

* Transformed Notification implementation to be multithreaded
- Deleted Notification package, moved all files into Logic or UI depending on their functionality.
- Deleted Notification interface, NotificationManager class and EventNotificationThread class.
- Capabilities of NotificationManager and EventNotificationThread classes replaced with NotificationCheckingThread class.
- Edited MainApp to account for the above.
- Added getListOfPopupNotifications method to ModelManager class to be able to check through the EventList and return a list of popups notifications to be posted.
- Created NotificationChecker class to do perform the above checking.
- Added equalsPrecisionMinute method to DateTime to check for equality between DateTime instances up to the minute.
- Added notificationTimeMatchesCurrentTime method to EventSource to check if the EventSource should be posted.

* Revamped the entire UI System. Now have a timeline and calendar on the side

* Pop Up Box now added to show the user what the instance of their command from the log panel.

* Implemented undo and redo commands

* Added methods in ModelManager that calls clearFutureHistory and CommitToHistory methods in UndoRedoManager. This allows any Command class to interact only with ModelManager and not with UndoRedoManager, thus maintaining abstraction.

* Create IcsExporter.java

* Create IcsUtil.java
