Feature added - Toggle Line Highlight (#88)

Because:

* Some people might not want the active line highlighted.
* Is good having options to customize the note editor

This commit:

* Add method in SettingsModal that update a CodeMirror option -> styleActiveLine.

* Add a visual switch (in settings) which refers to a label called Line Highlight. You can change the switch and the option will be disabled or enabled
