Feature/multiple classess with the same name (#50)

* Add ability to register classes with the same short name.

If multiple classes with the same short name are registered in
QueryCompiler, only first one will be accessible by its short name.
Others will have to be referenced using fully-qualified names.

Updated documentation to include security notice and same-short-name
classes information.

Changed OmqlSettings from Enum to final class with properties. This
will allow more flexible configuration in the future.
