Commit Message

Update to vue/cli 4.x didn't simply work - so the dependencies were fully re-created from a new templating run like `vue create my-project` and should now comply with the current Vue status much better (and also compile again :) ). Also updates should now be even more easy, since vue-router, vuex and babel are now also managed by vue/cli.
