Modifed Debug and Display impls.

Made Debug impls use derive for everything except Quat. This shows the
__m128 data for SIMD types. Unsure if this is the right thing to do,
could be useful for debugging glam itself but maybe too noisy for user
code.

Added Display impls for Mat2, Mat3 and Mat4.

37 of 37 new or added lines in 14 files covered. (100.0%)
