Release version 0.15.0

Breaking changes in this release:

* Drop the `ComputeResource` entity class. In its stead, add the
  `AbstractComputeResource`, `DockerComputeResource` and
  `LibvirtComputeResource` classes. (#76, @Ichimonji10)

* Add the `test-coverage` make target for measuring code coverage. Integrate
