Correcting README file for Issues #110 and #164 (#223)

* Eliminating incorrect [Lodash only] labeling of _.reverse in README file. Fixes issue #110.

* Adding warning about null safety into README file. This fixes Issue #164

* Fixing issue with brackets in the new null safe warning in the README file.

* Adding Lodash only marker back to _.reverse after clarification as to what it meant.

* Changing [Lodash only] exclamation marks to say [Not in Underscore.js]. The former declaration proved confusing to some users. This fix is in response to Issue #110.
