Just show all feedback in an application

Rather than trying to restrict feedback to just the given activity,
instead show _all_ feedback.

Historically, some trips have been mis-categorized (e.g. an "official
trip" in March that should actually have been counted as a winter trip).

By excluding this kind of feedback from a leader's application, we're
only obscuring useful information that could be used by the chairs.

Additionally, this removes one bit of coupling between leader ratings &
trip traits.
