Pass default_category from Client.run() on downwards

- Client is the main API to communicate with the service. By calling it,
  'default_category' is guaranteed to be read from the configuration.
  Hence there does not have to be put default values in
    communication._format_response()
    listing.prettify()
    Listing.from_elements()
    entries.prettify()
  but only a fallback in CategoryEntry.__init__()
- avoid modifying global CategoryEntry.DEFAULT_NAME variable
- Fixes #9, along with fce1604, e8ac89b, 82a9c09
