Unpin pytest and improve pytest fixtures (#291)

* Add application calls used by qtbot

* Seperate fixture and use `yield` setup to delete project after tests

* Move init file from root to tests directory

* Appveyor, unpin pytest version and test 3.7 as well

* Travis, cover 3.6 and 3.7, unpin pytest and shorten tests

* Update upload script to only upload from linux python 3.7 box

* Force high version of pytest in appveyor
