[Teams] Fix names of Messaging Extension projects and other cleanup (#2671)

* Change ComposeMessagingExtensionAuth to MessagingExtensionAuth.

Use GetUserTokenAsync instead of GetTokenStatusAsync (JeffD. said it is more performant)

Change ComposeMessagingExtensions to MessagingExtensionConfig.

* Add manifest for Search based messaging extension

* com.teams.sample.compose.extension to com.teams.sample.messaging.extension

* teams manifestVersion to 1.5 for all scenarios

* manifest schema link to 1.5

* Remove Helpers from teams scenario solution

* change devPreview manifest schema path to 1.5
