Added 'add_income' command (#93)

* Added add_income command and tests

Other changes:
1. Improved the way large money values are shown: "1000000.00" - "1,000,000.00".
2. The raw transaction value ("1000000.00" instead of "1,000,000.00") is now stored into the JSON data file instead of the formatted one, to ease restoration of transaction objects upon application startup.

* Added comments for AddTransactionCommandParser class

Also changed the arguments AddTransactionCommandParser#parseTransactionDate() as it does not require ArgumentMultimap to return the TransactionDate.
