Fix 4313 Replace react-router-redux with connected-react-router (#4311)

* fix tutorial epic to display correct tutorial steps

* fix pathname selector from location change actions

* restore routing key instaed of router in global state

* removed react-router-redux in favour of connected-react-router

* restore router in state it does not work with route

* replaced routing with router selector and removed react-router-redux
