Merge #28: refresh editor when text is modified

* egolus-refreshEditor:
  Fix style issues
  Attached Editors and Watcher to parent
  remove and re-add the filepath to the QFilesystemWatcher after refreshing the editor-source
  decide to refresh in method autoRefresh itself
  AutoRefresh gets activated/deactivated when clicking the menuitem
  corrected check of active tab
  corrected call of isinstance
  changed name and sleeptime of autoRefresh method
  style
  logging
  refresh UI after switch of RefreshEditor
  corrected call to QTextEditor.document()
  use internal TextEdit.document()
  setTextChanged on signal textChanged
  added switch TextChanged for only refreshing unchagned files
  import time for sleep
  moved autorefresh to TextEditor
  fixed indent
  added code for refreshing the editor when the file changes
  first draft for refreshEditor
