Added flexible positioning alongside absolute positioning
Demonstrated this with a new page linked as "Flex".
Shows elements within a flexbox setup behaving properly and also a single absolutely positioned sibling widget.
Positioning function now contains an "if" statement looking for flexible == true.
JSON components must include either x and y information or flexible = true.
