* Hotfix visualizer breaking

Hotfix for visualizer breaking due to relocation of streams library to being default builtin functions.

Known issues:
- ProgramEnvironment and all child frames are wrongly offset from global frame. 
- Builtin functions redeclared as anything other than function declarations do not show up.
