lbmap: Remove unnecessary idCache from DumpServiceMaps

The statement that not all svc entries have rev nat ID (=svc ID)
set is no longer true (since introduction of the svc v2). So,
remove the idCache which used to store svc IDs when dumping services
from the BPF maps.
