Commit Message

test: bpf: Remove conflict with cilium-agent

The real cilium-agent now operates upon entirely independent maps from
what the test code does, so we can safely run this verifier test without
conflicting with the cilium-agent. Remove the requirements and ensure
that the test only cleans up maps related to the test programs.
