* add task based composable threading and test passed!

* make multithreads mode as default because the taskthreads mode do not work with cloud IO

* not working

* use Project.toml rather than REQUIRE

* use Pkg.add rather than clone

* fix Pkg.add

* fix pkg

* fix travis

* only works with Julia 1.3

* fix info dimension

* add version and author info in toml file

* move default value to BigArrays.jl
