Improve workshops app: Timeslot and room assignment, tex generation

* Add a ManyToMany model WorkshopAssignment to track which workshop
takes place at what time, and in which room (binds the models
Workshop, WorkshopSlot and Room together).
* Make the admin changelist for Workshop more useful by displaying
possible and assigned slots, and allowing to create WorkshopAssignments
directly.
* Add an admin action to fill a workshops_aushang.tex template with
data from the appropriate Workshop, WorkshopAssignment and Room models.
