several bug fixes related to feature style extension (#133)

* check if running in electron when deciding to use Node Canvas or HTML Canvas
* fix for canvas passed in being overwritten
* fix for indexed tile max features bug
* ensure polytoline is run and geometry is passed through, not entire feature
* use image-size library to determine size of image buffers when not preset
* fix for using expanded bounding box for drawing, only needed for pulling features
* updated tests and build
