* remove old comments

* tidy up integrator.jl

* implement tempering #52

* avoid tempering if alpha is 1

* increase n_samples back to 10_000

* introduce types for different leapfrog integrators

* explicit use ProgressMeter

* add notations back

* pass rng to step

* add deterministic test with jittered lf

* using iterator to implement temerping

* Small refactoring of tempering - no functionality change.

* use namedtuple instead of tuple

* is_first -> is_half
