Enhance and standardize capabilities between drivers (#467)

* Format chrome.ex

* Reformat paragraphs in the README.

These are whitespace and typo changes.

* Enhance and standardize capabilities between drivers

- Enables the ability to set capabilities by passing them as an option
and using application configuration.

- Implements default capabilities for Selenium.

- Moves configuration options for using chrome headlessly, the chrome
  binary, and the chromedriver binary to the `:chromedriver` key in the
  `:wallaby` application config.

- Moves documentation for Chrome and Selenium from the README and into
  their respective moduledocs.

* Use browser addons in Travis

* Disable silly credo rules and fix dialyzer error

ParenthesesOnZeroArtiyDefs conflicts with the formatter and PipeChainStart
is dumb (IMO)

* Try fix for Chrome on Travis

* Raise when driver fails to start a session

Hopefully this will help differentiate startup errors from test errors.

* Actually raise when it fails to start the session

* Revert other change

* Disable async on capabilities test

Tests that mutate application configuration should not be async, as they
will mess with other tests even if you clean up after the test.

* Raise when we receive a generic error from the driver

* Tests for headless and chrome binary configuration

* Rescue call to delete_session because selenium will return an error
