Changes to environment.yml and travis.yml

* Added constraint to matplotlib, included python version 3.7 into continuous integration and excluded python version 3.5.

* Add further constraint to environment.yml concerning matplotlib < 3.1.0

* Add xenial to .travis.yml for the inclusion of python version 3.7. bring back python version 3.5.

* Removed python version 3.5

* Remove constraint Matplotlib>3
