Adding Host header automatically as PSR-7 describes.
Making Host header the first header in the array as https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7230#section-5.4 suggests.
Implementing $preserveHost on Request::withUri() as described by PSR-7.
Throw RuntimeException if UploadedFile::moveTo() is invoked more than once.
Throw RuntimeException if UploadedFile::getStream() is invoked after a call to moveTo().
No longer derive port property on Uri instance if no port was given.
MessageAbstract::getHeaderLine() only returns the values of the header.
