2.2.0 Release

This commit signifies the 2.2.0 release. This release adds two methods to the client and revises client session handling. This release adds a reset method and a status method to the client.

The reset method will clear pending and queued requests while also closing all client sessions. This method is currently considered experimental. use with caution.

The status method will return the urls for all current pending and queued requests, infomation on each open session, and client data usage.

This release also fixes issue handling open client sessions. The login method now returns an id for the opened session. The logout method now accepts and optional id parameter as the session to target for closing.

Finally, this release fixes a few minor issues that prevented closed sessions from being dropped by the client.
