*  First working draft of Cloudslang precondition step

* Polishing before review

Changed signature of the canExecute & postExecutionWork to only accept executionId as parameter.
Removed the score:worker definition from the commons config xml files and moved them to the oo & rpa config files (OO is fine by having the StubExecutionPre(Post)condition services so you have to enable the registering of those 2 services, while for RPA you need to register your own)
Changed Autopass config page such that it will not be shown when you are only installing a RAS
