Merge pull request #521 from aarchiba/flake8-diff

Add flake8-diff to Travis

Now each pull request will have a Travis task that checks the bits you changed for style problems using the flake8 style checker. I recommend using flake8-diff before checking in changes; it will report problems and send you there. If that's okay then Travis should pass too.
