Integration test: Add test for preserving default gateway

As https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1748389 stated,
Currently nmstate will remove routes next hop to interface chose for
saving DNS config which is not listed in desired state.

The test case is added to demonstrate this use case and marked as xfail.
