Implement relative operations for string (#211)

* Relational operators for everyone!

Implemented relational operators for everything that is necessary
to give terminalpp::string relational operators.

* Untied attribute < operator

This is due to std::tie not being constexpr on Travis.

* Added TERMINALPP_EXPORT to new string< operator.

* Added missing return statement in attribute operator<.

* Added relational tests for colours.

Fixed bug with greyscale < operator (copy-past from ==)

* Added relops tests for intensity, underlining and polarity.

* Added relops tests for character sets.

Specified that unicode is ordered as if it were unsigned, so that
U+FFFF > U+0000.
