Fix possible null pointer exceptions in Java client

The search results APIs all could throw NPE on requests that returned empty lists or other weird values.
Additionally in the job client requests for stdout and stderr had warnings for NPE so I fixed those too

Refactored parsing of search result responses into utility method and shared it across all clients (job, application, cluster, command)
Added tests to verify NPE was fixed
