Improve color provder (#707)

* Fix IndexError when closing views

* Don't create ViewEventListeners for every view

* Avoid running schedule_request until a session with colorProvider for a given view has been found

* Make mypy happy

* Add event based session initialization

* don't send a request if it is a transient view

* Center color box on the line

* Send a request without a delay when a view is activated

* Simpler solution of the "activated but not session not yet ready"

* remove unused import

* Try to initialize immediately and after 1 second, but stop trying after
