Breaking Change: Add 20 bytes in front of value log file. (#1022)

This PR adds 20 bytes in the front of each value log file to store the encryption header, coming soon. It also fixes the bug introduced in a previous change which mmapped a log file before replaying it. Windows does not like truncation done on mmapped files.

Changes:
* Changes to add 20 bytes in front of value log.
* Fix TestGetMore by ensuring seek to file end.
* Only mmap files once they have been replayed.
* Ensure the right offset is used to replay
* Instead of trying to determine the right offset, make iterate understand vlogHeaderSize.
* Update the file offset before using it for comparisons.
