Wrote tests and improved code quality in `formatter`.
- Updated verbosity print statements to use `self._verbose`
- Removed `self.debug` parameter.
- Deprecated outdated metadata docstrings.
- Updated private variable naming convention.
- Removed call to `format()` method from constructor.
- Added docstrings and unit tests for `formatter` methods.
- Refactored `data_files` to `metadata_filename` on all modules to reduce complexity.
- Stopped counting titles in the metadata file.
- Refactored `formatter` methods to reduce complexity.
- Refactored JSON data structure in `test_titles` and `test_trouble_titles` to add metadata for comparison in `formatter` tests.
- Added support for example object with comparison metadata in `blockbuster`.
- Ran `black` on project.
- Ran `pip-compile` to upgrade `requirements.txt` and `requirements-test.txt` environment dependency files.
- Refactored the file extension comparison logic to remove the extra for loop in `file_remover`.

Note: `formatter` refactor not finished, just need to commit so I can go to bed.
