* Sort grading overviews by assessment and submission IDs at request-time

* Reconstruct row data of datagrid only when acknowledging notifications

* Reduce pagination page size of grading overviews datagrid

* Forcibly resize datagrid columns to fit when datagrid width changes

* Force fixed width for notifications column in datagrid

* Add custom pagination controls to datagrid for grading overviews
