Feature/interpreter (#11)

* added starlark basic code

* missed function from flux

* moved files

* add ExecScript and change engine to Interpreter

* now make threads per execution outside of UpdateScript

* tests now prove it works, got some typing isn't a thing

* Adds interpreter & argParser w/ helper functions for exporting starlark bindings for golang functions

* Restructure & implemented some type conversion

* Identified some issues and added some tests

* nope doesn't work yet

* back to using the func

* my tests pass now

* converted to using conversions
