sophia: introduce key compression, close #80

Separate major storage formats:
document (raw) and key-value (transformable).

Support multi-part duplicate key compression:
store any key-part only once per page. This rare
feature can be used instead of prefix
compression and have following advantages
over it:

* always control compressed prefix size
* support suffix compression (all key-parts are compressed)
* much faster: no need to rebuild key during search
