[API BREAKING] Refactor file path code into new module Xgit.Core.FilePath (#129)

* Rename Xgit.Core.ValidatePath to Xgit.Core.FilePath.

Add @type declaration for FilePath.t.

Part of a larger refactoring.

* Introduce FilePath.valid?/2 for call sites that don't need detailed information about validity.

* Merge Xgit.Util.Paths into Xgit.Core.FilePath.

Make sure documentation refers to FilePath.t in all appropriate cases.

* Remove redundant wording in docs.

* One more doc tweak.
