Commit Message

#75: Remove the XYZ tile set linkage restrictions in the Map Definition if connecting to a MGOS 4.0 instance. However, still display an important note that such linkage is not supported in our default viewer offerings and is only enabled to allow for any custom viewer to take advantage of such a combination.
