Update all plugins to support new context API (#30)

* Upgrades a bunch of `devDependencies` to the latest versions of those packages
* Adds a `composeWrappingComponents` function to `enzyme-context-utils` to facilitate multiple plugins using `wrappingComponent`.
* Updates all plugins (except `enzyme-context-react-router-3` to use `wrappingComponent`) to support those libraries' use of the new react context API
