Run elevated commands via a sudo server process

Work around problems with using sudo from scripts (periodic need to
re-authenticate, password prompt timeouts, PAM output mixing with
command output) by spawning a new server process the first time
aconfmgr needs to run an action elevated.

This process communicates with the main aconfmgr process using FIFO
files. The main process sends the commands to run, and the proxy process
runs them, redirecting stdin/stdout/stderr into FIFOs which in turn
are piped back to the standard process.
