travis-ci

fix(http.go): remove data race

I forgot that the httpx/httptracex code is not thread safe yet because
the fix is at https://github.com/ooni/probe-engine/pull/26/commits/f6f23a718
which has not been merged yet.

Therefore, change the code to be single threaded to avoid the test
crash we have seen at https://travis-ci.org/ooni/probe-engine/builds/576181138
