Text area#59 (#142)

* Added skeleton for text_area component.
* Added tests for state of new text area.
* Added very basic text insertion to the end of the document.
* A simple text area that can have text placed in it.
* Automatically wraps at line boundaries with no justification.
* Added test for verifying that a newline character is handled with no justification
* Text area preferred size takes newline into account.
* Refactored a few things.
* Added tests for caret and cursor positions.
* Added functionality to get the cursor position from a caret position.
* Tested to work only with data that requires manual newlines; not with
flowed text.
* Refactored implementation of get_cursor_position into pimpl.
* Added tests for where the cursor is when a newline is on the text area boundary
* Text areas wrap properly when explicit newlines are on the newline boundary.
