Commit Message

datapath: `EndpointMapManager` is a composition of `EndpointManager`

* Add the `EndpointExists` function to act on `EndpointManager`
* Have the `EndpointMapManager` be a composition of the `EndpointManager` type
so that boilerplate functions can be removed.
