* resolve issue with \includepdf

* rename vignettes to use packagename as prefix
    * persephone-plotting
    * persephone-useR
  this technique was also employed by Rcpp and
  data.table
* update installation instructions to showcase
  how vignettes can be included
* update links from README to pkgdown
* update *ignore to untrack files built by
  devtools::build_vignettes()
