grok.New() accepts Options grok.NAMEDCAPTURE, grok.DEFAULTCAPTURE
This way, your grok instance will Parse() or ParseToMulti() by default with the option given to the Grok instance.
You can change a Parse call behavior if needed, by adding an optional param to Parse() or ParseToMulti()
