Django 2.0 support (#9)

* update cmsplugin_form_handler to support Django 2.0

* update test_project to support Django 2.0

* update tests to support Django 2.0 and django-cms 3.6, skip test without sessions because once the test case is fixed to work correctly, it fails because django-cms requires session and authentication middleware

* update and simplify test requirements, update tox config to drop Django < 1.11, add Django 2.0, 2.1, drop django-cms < 3.4, add django-cms 3.5, 3.6, drop python 3.4, add python 3.7

* Update setup.py with new Django and Python versions

* bump version to 0.3.0

* drop coveralls call in tox.ini

* Try configuring travis with tox-travis

* update travis ci matrix

* update travis config for python 3.7 support

* try changing travis dist
