feat(schema): add basic entity generator

New `EntityGenerator` class is present that allows to reverse engineer current database schema and build entity classes based on it. It supports scalar, M:1 and 1:1 properties currently.

You can get the entities source code as a string, or save entities into files via `generate({ save: true )`.
