Added external javadoc links

Summary: Currently javadoc shows types like `com.mediamiser.api.domain.enumeration.SpoutObjectType` and `javax.ws.rs.core.Response` which are both long and not very useful because they aren't links.  This fixes them so that they render as their name and provide a link to the externally-hosted documentation.

Test Plan: Build locally because Jenkin is down
